Hi! I am Simone, the founder of Evenline Bookkeeping. I price based on transaction volume, number of accounts, and the complexity of your bookkeeping. Not your revenue. A business doing $2 million a year with one bank account and a credit card is simpler to manage than a business doing $200,000 with four accounts and inventory. Your price reflects the actual work, not an arbitrary percentage of what you bring in.
All pricing below is "starting at." Your actual monthly rate is set after we talk through your setup during your free consultation. No surprises.
Monthly Bookkeeping Packages
Foundation -
Starting at $225/month
Best for solo operators with straightforward finances.
You have a business checking account, maybe a credit card, and a manageable number of transactions each month. You need someone to keep the books clean and get you reporting you can hand to your accountant at tax time.

Anchor -
Starting at $750/month
Best for owners who want a hands-off financial back end.
You don't want to think about the books at all. You want everything handled; reconciliation, reporting, payroll, bill pay, sales tax, and you want someone checking in regularly to tell you what the numbers mean.

Best for businesses with more moving parts.
You've got higher transaction volume, multiple accounts, employees, or sales tax obligations. Your books take real time to manage, and you need monthly visibility into your numbers, not just a quarterly snapshot.

Compass -

You have a business that runs steadily with lower transaction volume. You don't need someone in your books every month, but you do need accurate records and clean reporting before tax time. Compass gives you the same quality of work on a quarterly schedule.

Additional Services

Payroll processing.

Annual preparation for businesses that pay contractors. Available with any package.
Sales tax reporting.
Included in Momentum and Anchor. Available as a standalone add-on for Foundation.
QuickBooks setup or cleanup.
If you're starting fresh and need your QuickBooks file built from scratch, or your existing chart of accounts needs restructuring. Typically handled as a one-time project before monthly service begins.
Catch-Up Work and Projects
If your books are behind, that gets handled before monthly bookkeeping starts. Catch-up and cleanup work is priced as a flat-rate project after I've reviewed your books and know the actual scope.
I don't quote project work until I've seen what we're dealing with. Once I do, you get a fixed price for the whole project. No hourly billing, no open-ended estimates.
Monthly service begins once your books are current and accurate.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
Your price is set after a real conversation, not a formula.
The numbers above are starting points. Your actual rate depends on your specific setup. That's why the first consultation is free - it gives both of us a chance to figure out what you actually need before anyone commits to a number.
I don't lock you into long-term contracts.
Your service agreement is month to month. If your needs change or it's not working out, we adjust.
Payments run through QuickBooks.
No charge with ACH. Credit card payments carry a small processing surcharge.
Pricing can adjust as your business changes.
If your transaction volume doubles or you add three new accounts, your scope has changed and your rate should reflect that. I'll always talk to you about it before adjusting anything.
